In an age of immediacy, cooks want the support they need at the touch of a button, whether it’s advice, watching a how-to video, searching on their phone in-store or looking for extra help while in the kitchen.

In an age of immediacy, cooks want the support they need at the touch of a button, whether it’s advice, watching a how-to video, searching on their phone in-store or looking for extra help while in the kitchen.

This year, Butterball is taking its support to a new level, offering for the first time the ability to text cooking questions to experts at the Butterball Turkey Talk-Line from 24/7 Thursday through Nov. 24 by texting (844) 877-3456. That’s in addition to in-person answers by calling (800) 288-8372 through Dec. 24.

In addition, the company has added to its website, providing more help, as well as how-to videos, and developed a mobile app called the Butterball Cookbook Plus App. The North Carolina-based company has been operating the its helpline since November 1981.
